AFTRS Human Resources Privacy Policy
AFTRS Privacy Policy applies to all personal information relating to potential, current and past employees retained in print or electronic form. The responsibility for implementing the Policy lies with all employees gathering personal information, employees in Payroll and Human Resources, any employee with access to the Human Resources Management System (HRIMS), and any employee involved in records management.

AFTRS is committed to protecting the privacy of its employees in all areas, but particularly in the collection, security, use and disclosure of their personal information.
AFTRS adheres to the Privacy Act which sets out the standards, rights and obligations in relation to handling, holding, accessing and correcting personal information and prohibits the disclosure of personal information subject to a limited number of exemptions.
